Weightlifting Wednesday
Box News: WODs for the 80’s Mayhem Halloween In-House Competition will be released Thursday night. If you’d like to participate in the competition but don’t yet have a partner, we will match you with a partner that day!

A.) Front Squat Cycle Week 1
5 Sets of 2 reps @ 80%
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes

B.) Accessory Work
5 Sets of:
10 Weighted Hip Extensions
10 V-ups
10 Banded Hip Thrusts
