A.) Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes

2 Pause Front Squats (1 sec pause @ bottom)

 

B.) 20RM Back Squat

*Increase 5% from last week

 

C.) Straight-legged deadlift

3 sets of 8 reps

*Go very slow & light.
