“Death by muscle-ups”

1 minute/ 1 muscle-up

2 minutes/ 2 muscle-ups

3 minutes/ 3 muscle-ups…..

If you make it past 10 minutes, save it for Friday.

Scale for DBMU’S will be “Death by chest-to-bar pull-ups”.

 

MET CON

25 minute running clock

10 minute AMRAP of:

Run 100 meters

6 split jerks 115/80#

12 burpee’s over the barbell

Rest 5 minutes

10 minute AMRAP of:

15 air squats

5 handstand push-ups

1 rope ascent 15ft

Scale for HSPU’s will be 15 hand release push-ups, rope ascent will be 3 rope walk-ups or 8 ring rows.
