8AM BARBELL CLUB

A) 1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean (Work to a heavy set)

Every 2 minute for 12 minutes (6 sets)

 

B) Back Squat

15 minute to work up to a 2RM

 

9AM WOD

Teams of 2

1 Working/1Resting

15  minute AMRAP of:

7 Ground-to-overhead 95/65#

Suicide run (Down & back 5 yards,10 yards, 15 yards)

7 Shoulder-to-overheard 95/65#

Suicide run (Down & back 5 yards, 10 yards, 15 yards)

Note: Alternate after each round.
