20 minute AMRAP of:

5 weighted pull-ups  35/25#

10 push-ups with feet on 30″ box

15 air squats holding a 45/25#  plate

 

STRENGTH

Every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 10 minutes

Even: 5 front squats

Odd: 10 back squats

Notes: Use a rack, one barbell and the same weight for both movements.
