MOBILITY

8 minutes of Shoulder mobilization

 

SKILL

3 sets of:

3-5 reps: Bar muscle-ups (Sub 10 Ring-dips)

5-7 reps each arm: Kettlebell snatch (You choose the weight)

30-40 reps: Double-unders (Sub 2 minutes of Double-under practice)

 

CONDITIONING

3 rounds of:

20 Sumo deadlift high-pulls 95/65#

15 Pull-ups

Run 400 meters
