After each round you must complete 15  unbroken double unders.

 

Barbell

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes

1 squat clean+ 1 hang squat clean + 1 high-hang squat clean+ 1 hang squat clean + 1 squat clean

 

Strength

1) EMOM for 10 minutes

1 back  squat, same weight for all sets

 

2) Every 90 seconds for 3 minutes

3 front squat, same weight for all sets
