Barbell Gymnastics

1) EMOM for 7 minutes 3 cleans @ 70%-80%

Notes: It’s okay to work up to 80% , perfect technique.

 

2) On the toes split jerk- 5×2 @ 40%-60%

Notes: Speed and technique are more important then weight on the bar. Rest 45- 60 seconds between sets.

11 push-ups
