4.) JULY’S FREE MONTH CONTEST: The athlete who works out at the box the most number of times in July will get a FREE MONTH in August! We will be judging by log ins to Mind Body AND submissions to Whiteboard.

Relay run 800 meters (Each person runs 200m)

20 Burpees over the row or barbell (10 each person)

Relay row 1000 meters (Each person runs 250m)

20 Burpees over the row or barbell (10 each person)
