ENDURANCE

10 minute AMRAP of:

Run 200 meters

50 double-unders or sub 100 single-unders

1 minute hollow hold

Rest 5 minutes

3 rounds of:

Row 250 meters

50 barbell hops

1 minute superman hold

 

MOBILITY

2 rounds

2 minutes: Ankle band mobilization DEMO   (1 minute each leg)

2 minutes: Squat test with back against the wall

2 minutes: Couch stretch (1 minute each leg)

 

SKILL WORK

1) Handstand push-up/ handstand hold

Note: If you decide to work on Olympic lifts, please do not go above 70% of 1RM.
