B) Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes

1 snatch high-pull + 1 power snatch (work up to a heavy) DEMO

 

C) Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes

1 snatch (squat, work up to a heavy)

20 Curtis P’s 95/65# (1 power clean+2 lunges + 1 push-press)

40 reverse burpee wall balls 20/14#

60  power snatches 95/65#
