B.) Squat Jerk
Sets: 3,3,2,2,1.

Intensity Saturday

Teams of 3
2 Rounds of:
200M Walking lunge while bear hugging the medicine ball.
Then, team members must broad jumps length of the box; one at a time.
Follow by, each team member  bear crawling length of the box; one at a time.
50 Back Squats 185/125#; from the ground.
*Break up reps however.
