8AM BARBELL CLUB

1) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes

1 high-hang snatch + 1 drop snatch

Note: Focus more on speed and technique then weight.

 

2) Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes

Work up to heavy single snatch

 

3) Floating snatch pull- 4 sets of 3 reps @90%-95% of today’s heaviest snatch¬† DEMO

Note: Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

Timothy Davis
In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary,

20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED.

Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J
