A.) 15-20 minutes to built to heavy 1 Squat Clean + 2 Split Jerks

 

B.) Back Squats

5 Sets of 3 reps 80%-85%

 

Intensity Saturday

Teams of 3

5 Rounds of:

Station 1: 15 Goblet Squats 70/44#

Station 2: Front-rack Hold 135/95#

Station 3: 15 Pull-ups

*Scale movement as needed.

*Each member will be working; rotator to the next next movement once everybody has completed all of the reps.

*5 Burpee penalty for putting the barbell down before team is all done with reps.
