8AM BARBELL CLUB

A) Overhead squat

15 minutes to work to a 1RM

 

B) Front squat

15 minutes to work to a 1RM

 

9AM TEAM WOD

Teams of 2

18 minute AMRAP of:

Run 100 meters

1 rope ascent 15ft

10 Ring push-ups

15 Back squats 45/35#

Note: Partner 1 must complete round before partner 2 can begin.  Partner 2 must tag hands with partner 1 before beginning.
