8 AM BARBELL CLUB

A) Technique work

1) Squat Clean

2) Split Jerk

B) 3-Position Clean + Split Jerk

15-20 minutes to work up to heavy set.

 

9 AM WOD

SKILL/TECHNIQUE

A) Clusters (Squat clean+Thruster)

B) Pull-ups (Kipping & Butterfly)

 

CONDITIONING

Teams of 2

1 Working/ 1 Resting

12 minute AMRAP of:

2-4-6-8-10-12…..

Clusters 95/65# (Using one barbell)

Pull-ups (If you can’t do pull-ups do jumping pull-ups)

Note: Each partner must complete the same number of reps before moving on.
