8AM BARBELL CLUB

A) 1 Snatch high-pull + 1 Snatch (full)

6 sets  (You choose the weight)

 

B) Back squat

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes

Set 1 x 5 reps @ 65%

Set 2 x 4 reps @ 75%

Set 3 x 3 reps @ 80%

Set 4 x 2 reps @ 85%

Set 5 x 1 rep @ 90%

Rest 3 minutes then:

Set 6 x max rep @ 75%

 

CONDITIONING

Teams of 2

Every 2 minutes for 7 rounds

15 Air squats

10 Deadlifts 155/105#

5 Shoulder-to-overhead 155/105#

Rest 1 minute after every round

Note: Partner 1 must complete all the movements before Partner 2 can start.
