Partner WOD

For time:

Run 800 meters (as a team)

Then:

5 rounds

2 rope ascents 15ft (both partners must climb)

25 back squats (from floor) 115/85#  Partner resting must be holding a 45/25# bumper plate

50 medicine ball sit-ups 20/14#

Bear crawl to the zone and back x 4

Then:

Run 800 meters (as a team)

Scale for MB sit-ups will be Abmat sit-ups.
Scale for RAs will be 6 pull-ups
