A) Back squat

4 sets of 2 reps @ 90%-93% across

Note: Work up to 90% then 4 sets of 2 reps @ 90%-93%. Rest 2 minutes between sets.

 

B) Clean & Jerk

1) 2 sets of 2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 60%

2) 2 sets of 2 Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 70%

3) 2 sets of 1 Clean + 1 Jerk @ 80%

4) Heavy single

Note: Rest 90 seconds – 2 minutes between sets.
