Teams of 3

30 minute running clock of:

Minute 1: Run 200 meters (3 burpees team penalty if not completed under a minute)

Minute 2: 10 Deadlift 155/105#+30 Barbell Hops + 5 Handstand push-ups (Unfinished reps roll over to the next round)

Minute 3: Rest

Score is total number of rounds. Partner 1 will be running, partner 2 will be doing the rounds and partner 3 will be resting. Teams will alternate positions every minute on the minute.
