Teams of 2 perform 1-10 of each of these movements:

15 minute AMRAP of:

Air Squats

Deadlift

V-ups (Sit-ups)

Kettlebell Swings

Note: You do 1, they do 1, you do 2, they do 2
etc until you have performed up to 10 reps
on each movement. You cannot move on to
the next movement until you have completed
the previous one.
