A.) Back Squats
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
Sets: 5,4,3,2,1 reps

  • B.) Teams of 3
    12 minute AMRAP
    5 Back Squats 225/155# (off the rack)
    3 Atlas Stone to shoulder
    *alternate after every round.
    *Scale weight as needed.
