1 clean pull DEMO 1 clean (squat) DEMO + 1 pause front squat (Pause for 3 seconds at the bottom) DEMO

Note: Rest 90 seconds – 2 minutes between sets. Work up to heavy a complex.

6 rounds of:

6 front squats 185/125# (No rack)

12 knees-to-elbows (scale: 24 V-ups)
