snatch DEMO+3 heaving snatch balance DEMO – 7×1

Notes:65% – 85%  of 1 RM snatch, rest 60-90 seconds between sets.

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes

Run 200 meters

10 kettlebell snatches ( 5 with each arm) 70/44 #

10 kettlebell goblet squats 70/44#

Notes: 3 burpee penalty if  not completed in 2 minutes
