For time:

75 Abmat Sit-ups

Bear Crawl 200ft

50 Abmat Sit-ups

Bear Crawl 150ft

25 Abmat Sit-ups

Bear Crawl 100ft

Performance only: Substitute GHD Sit-ups for Abmat Sit-ups; 25, 20 and 15 reps.
