Every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 10 minutes

1 front squat + 1 push jerk + 1 split jerk

Note: Taken from rack. Work up to a heavy set.

25 ring dips

30 overhead walking lunges 45/25# (15 each leg)

5 rope ascents 15ft
