B.) Dumbbell Tempo Bulgarian Split Squat (3 sec down+3 sec @ bottom)

3 sets of 6 reps (6 on each leg)

 

Fitness

A.) Clean & Jerk Complex

5 sets of: 1 Power Clean + 2 Push Jerks

Newbies: Use dumbbells for today.

 

B.) Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squat
