Then find a 10RM Back squat

Rest as needed between sets

 

CONDITIONING

2 rounds of:

1 minute AMRAP of: Medicine ball cleans 20/14#

Rest 1 minute:

1 minute AMRAP of: V-ups

Rest 1 minute:

1 minute AMRAP of: Kettlebell swings 53/44#
