20 Double-unders
1 Snatch 135/95# (PWR or SQ)
*Starting at 135/95 Ibs then add 10/5 Ibs every minute;  must complete the snatch before the next minute.

 

Fitness

EMOM for as long as possible:
30 Singles
1 Snatch (PWR or SQ)
*Starting 45/35# then add 5 Ibs every minute*

Accessory Work
3 Sets of:
10 Bent Over Rows
20 Hip Extensions
