Minute 1: 8-10 strict handstand push-ups (sub kipping or L-seated DB press)

Minute 2: 50 double-unders (Sub 50 seconds of double-under practice)

Minute 3: 8 Glute-ham raises

 

MET CON

17 minute AMRAP of:

Handstand walk, 10 yards (sub 30 shoulder touches)

10 PVC overhead pistol squats

10 GHD sit-ups (sub 20 medicine ball sit-ups 20/14)
