“Tabata something else”

20 seconds on:

10 seconds rest:

1) 8 rounds of: pull-ups

2) 8 rounds of: push-ups

3) 8 rounds of: sit-ups

4) 8 rounds of: air squats

Note: No rest between movements.

 

STRENGTH

15 minutes to work up to a heavy 3 rep touch & go sumo deadlift

Note: Rest 90 seconds between each set.
